District-wide, School-wide Positive Behavior Support Contacts
The consortium’s criteria for active district-wide implementation includes the following:
- District leadership team meets regularly and monitors overall progress (PBS Implementation and Planning Self-Assessment)
- District Coordinator actively supports schools and facilitates implementation efforts
- Data are reported for schools implementing SWPBS including the Team Implementation Checklist, Self-Assessment Survey, the School-wide Evaluation Tool (SET) or Benchmarks of Quality, School Safety Survey, Communities that Care or other climate data, and the office referral data including school level and district level summaries
- Evaluation summary is available at the district level (in the form of written reports, PowerPoint presentations, or other documents presented to the leadership team),
- An inter-rater agreement system for the School-wide Evaluation Tool (SET) is established, and
- Active participation in the training system

Regional School-wide Positive Behavior Support Contacts
The consortium’s criteria for full regional school-wide positive behavior support implementation includes the following:
- Regional Coordinators meet with district teams regularly
- Regional Coordinator meet with school teams and with coaches regularly
- Data are reported for schools implementing SWPBS
- Data are reported for schools implementing SWPBS including the Team Implementation Checklist, Self-Assessment Survey, the School-wide Evaluation Tool (SET) or Benchmarks of Quality, School Safety Survey, Communities that Care or other climate data, and the office referral data including school level and district level summaries
