Parent advocates Tommy and Audrey Boyle, founders of myspecialneeds.ie, organized the conference, entitled "Positive Attitudes and Actions for Inclusion." "We want to get the message across to as many people that inclusion is the only way forward," said Tommy. The Boyles said that their son, Michael, is one of the few children with significant disabilities in Ireland attending a mainstream school.
